Stainless Steel Strip Cleaning Line

Cleaning sections are configured around rolling oil, metal fines, rinse residue and water-mark risk so 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel surface quality can remain stable at production speed.

Configuration Logic

A cleaning line can include entry tension control, alkaline or neutral degreasing, double-side brushing, spray rinsing, cascade rinsing, squeezing, hot-air drying, filtration circulation and water-treatment interfaces.

The key is matching rolling oil load, stainless steel surface quality, target speed and drying capacity. The cleaning section can connect with rolling mills, annealing furnaces, tension levelers or slitting lines, with module length and controls adapted to mirror finish preparation.

Applicable Materials

  • 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel strip.
  • Precision cold-rolled stainless strip and high-surface-grade materials.
  • Mirror finish, decorative stainless steel and low-scratch handling applications.
