Rolling Mill

Stainless Steel Rolling Mill

Roll stand structure is selected according to 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel strength, reduction ratio, target gauge and line speed, so gauge control, strip shape, energy use and surface quality are considered together.

Configuration Logic

JINYE rolling mill options include 20-high, 18-high, offset 8-high, 6-high and 4-high configurations. Selection should review entry gauge, target gauge, 201/304/316 material hardness, rolling force, coil weight and downstream polishing or finishing rhythm, not width and speed alone.

The line can integrate AGC/AFC systems for more stable gauge and shape control, with drive matching, lubrication, cooling, service access and automation interfaces adapted to stainless steel surface quality requirements.

Applications

  • 201, 304 and 316 stainless steel strip rolling.
  • Precision stainless steel strip plants requiring gauge accuracy, strip shape stability and continuous production rhythm.
  • Projects targeting surface quality, mirror finish preparation, energy saving, automation integration and maintainability.
