From arbor accuracy and tension separation to coil edge quality, the slitting line is configured around precision stainless steel strip width, burr control, camber and coil build.

Configuration Logic

Typical slitting line modules include coil loading car, uncoiler, pinch/leveling section, rotary shear, scrap winder, tension stand, recoiler, unloading system, hydraulic system and electrical controls.

The line can be configured for light-gauge high-speed slitting, 201/304/316 stainless steel coils, medium gauge material or narrow precision strip. Arbor accuracy, tension stand, EPC, quick tooling change, scrap stability and recoiler design directly affect finished coil quality.
